As part of the Academy’s programme to familiarize young people with the industry leaders in Ukraine, students visited T.B. Fruit and communicated with the Company’s managers
The students had a chance to meet with Taras Barshchovskyi, the Company’s founder, who shared his experience and described the Company’s progress and operations in general. The students also had a tour of the manufacturing facilities.
“The core value of our Company is to constantly move forward, change and improve. Whatever you do, you should have a passion for it, you should really love it, and then you will succeed,” said Taras Barshchovskyi.
Background
The Ukrainian Leadership Academy is a value-based platform for personal and social empowerment of young people. The Academy integrates a year-long school/university curriculum for motivated 16-20 year olds and extensive societal projects.
