Not-from-concentrate juices or industrially produced natural fresh juices (international designation “NFC” – “Not from Concentrate”) are made from healthy, ripe, washed and sorted fruits or vegetables. These products are preserved solely by heat treatment and packaged under aseptic conditions.
The harvesting and processing season lasts for 20 days or more, depending on the type of fruit and geographic region.
To obtain juice, harvested fresh fruits or vegetables are delivered to a fruit processing plant. We use different technologies to process the raw materials, usually consisting of multiple processes: receiving, washing, inspecting fresh fruits (vegetables), crushing of raw materials, juice extraction by mechanical methods (using extractors), single heat treatment (pasteurization), and bottling in sterile 200 kg containers.
