The product range includes concentrated juices from apples, cherries, raspberries, strawberries, pears, elderberries, blueberries, black and red currants, beets, carrots and other raw materials.
We produce concentrated juice from freshly squeezed fruits and vegetables, which undergoes a pasteurization process at 92°C, after which it is ultrafiltrated. Concentrated juice is obtained by evaporating excess liquid from the freshly squeezed juice at low pressure, which helps to preserve all vitamins and minerals. The concentrate is then transported to special storage tanks.
The juice concentrate is used to produce reconstituted juices, nectars and juice drinks, and also other products, such as fruit jams, sauces, yoghurt and bakery fillings and other confectionery.
